What does your company do?
We are a coupon clipping service. We provide coupons and rebate forms for a small handling fee. We do not sale coupons.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, debit and credit cards. Please note if you pay with a paypal e-check your order will not be shipped until the e-check has cleared.
Do I need a Paypal account to shop on your site?
NO, We use Paypal’s secure payment processing site to process all our payments. A Paypal account is not required. When you checkout click the “Don’t have a Paypal account” Button This button will take you to a screen to input your credit or debit card information.
After I place my order how quickly will it be shipped?
Orders placed before 5pm EST ship the next business day.
How long will my order take to get to me once it’s shipped?
The time it takes for an order to arrive is up to the United States Post Office.
We ship from zip code 30037; you can estimate shipping times at USPS.com. We cannot guarantee the post office delivery times. If you have not received your order after 7 business days have elapsed please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you provide MAIL TRACKING for our envelopes?
We do not. However, if you choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping, Tracking is included and we will provide that information.
When do you upload new coupons on your site?
Everyday, please check our site frequently.
Where do you get your coupons from?
Newspapers, newspapers, newspapers lol
The picture appearing next to the coupon description does not match the product description on the coupon.
Please carefully read the coupon description before ordering to determine what products it is valid for, how many you must buy, denomination and any other restrictions. The pictures we provide are for browsing convenience only. The description of the coupon will always prevail.
What is the Admin Fee?
It is a .50 per order fee that covers the expenses of our bankers and Paypal.
Can I change or add to my order?
We are unable to make changes to or add to your order once it is placed.
What if you make a mistake on my order?
If you find that we have made a mistake, please contact us at email@example.com. Please explain the problem in detail and let us know if you would like the correct coupon or a store credit.
